Lok Sabha Speaker Om Birla expressed dissatisfaction over the absence of ministers from the House agenda. Expressing dissatisfaction over Minister of State for Parliamentary Affairs Arjun Ram Meghwal’s submission of documents listing the names of ministers in the agenda before the start of “Zero Hour” on Tuesday. The Speaker said concerned ministers should be present in the House. Otherwise you give all the answers yourself.
After the question time of the House of Representatives ends at 12 noon, the relevant minister places the necessary documents contained in the agenda on the table of the House of Representatives. When ministers are not in the House, they are usually represented by the Minister of State for Parliamentary Affairs. Also on Tuesday, Minister of State for Parliamentary Affairs Meghwal submitted a document written in the name of Minister of State for Commerce and Industry Jitin Prasad while filing the necessary forms in the House.

Meanwhile, Lok Sabha Speaker Birla said Industries Minister Piyush Goyal is sitting in the House and he should be asked to submit these documents.
