On the third day of the monsoon session in Bihar Assembly, Chief Minister Nitish Kumar, while giving a statement on reservation quota, scolded the RJD woman MLA. Nitish Kumar said that he had called all the parties for caste based census, but there is uproar in the House. He alleged that RJD never promoted women.
