Will the Election Commission announce the date for by-elections in Uttar Pradesh?

The Election Commission will soon announce the dates for by-elections to 10 assembly seats in Uttar Pradesh. This was earlier expected to be announced along with the elections in Haryana and Jammu and Kashmir, but a separate announcement is also possible. Now these seats are likely to go to polls along with Maharashtra and Jharkhand.
