New Delhi: Bharatiya Janata Party MP Anurag Thakur on Thursday said a complaint has been lodged with the Delhi Police against Congress leader Rahul Gandhi. He said the complaint provided information about recent developments in Parliament. The BJP leader claimed that Rahul Gandhi’s attitude shows that he considers himself above the law and the Gandhi family also considers themselves above the law. Thakur also accused Rahul Gandhi of arrogantly misbehaving with Nagaland women MPs.

‘Rahul Gandhi under personal attack’

Thakur said Rahul Gandhi engaged in physical attacks and provocations. At the same time, he also compared the situation of the Congress party with “Khisiani Cat Khamba Noche” and said that the party is now working in a panic. “We have lodged a complaint with the Delhi Police against Rahul Gandhi for assault and incitement. We have mentioned in detail the incident that took place outside Makar Dwar today, where NDA MPs were protesting peacefully,” he said.

In his petition, Anurag Thakur sought action under Sections 109, 115, 117, 125, 131 and 351 of the Indian Penal Code. He said, “We have filed a complaint under Sections 109, 115, 117, 125, 131 and 351. Section 109 is attempt to murder and Section 117 is intentionally causing grievous hurt. This complaint against Rahul Gandhi is Moved by Vadodara MP Hemang Joshi.
