WI vs BAN: West Indies suffer heavy defeat at home, Bangladesh win series

Bangladesh took a 2-0 lead in the series with victory in the second T20 thanks to Taskin Ahmed’s brilliant bowling. Bangladesh defeated hosts West Indies by 27 runs to win their second consecutive T20I match. Bangladesh scored 129 runs for 7 wickets with their man-of-the-match Shamim Hossain scoring an unbeaten 35 runs off 17 balls. Mehdi Hasan Miraj also contributed 26 points. West Indies could not even complete 20 overs, scoring just 102 runs in 18.3 overs. Just like that, the West Indies had to suffer a heavy defeat in the series.
