Why are there by-elections in 4 assembly seats in Bihar? Know – the big leagues or the NDA…whose credibility is at stake?

The Election Commission on Tuesday announced the dates for the assembly elections in Maharashtra and Jharkhand. The elections will be held in one phase in Maharashtra and in two phases in Jharkhand. At the same time, the dates for by-elections for 48 Assembly seats and 2 Lok Sabha seats in 15 states have also been announced. Of the 48 assembly seats where by-elections will be held, four are from Bihar.

By-elections will be held in Belaganj, Imamganj, Ramgarh and Tarari seats in Bihar. Voting for these seats will be held on November 13. On the same day, the first phase of voting was also held in Jharkhand. The results of the by-elections as well as the Maharashtra and Assembly elections will be declared on November 23.

Ahead of the assembly elections, political parties in Bihar will try their best to show their strength in the by-elections in these four seats.

Why should we hold by-elections for these 4 seats?

In fact, four Bihar MLAs Sudama Prasad, Sudhakar Singh, Surendra Yadav and Jeetan Ram Manjhi have been elected in the Lok Sabha elections For MPs, by-elections will then be held for these seats.

Sudama Prasad was a MLA from Tarari. Sudhakar Singh is the MLA from Ramgarh, Surendra Yadav is the MLA from Belaganj and Jitan Ram Manjhi is the MLA from Imamganj.

Now in this by-election, in addition to winning three seats, the Grand Alliance will also fight for a fourth seat to increase its number of seats. On the other hand, the NDA alliance will also fight to win a fourth seat to increase its number of seats. . More than one seat.

From this perspective, the credibility of the Grand Alliance is at stake in the by-elections, as it holds three of the four seats. And ahead of the assembly elections, the NDA has a chance to win more seats.

Who is vying for several seats?

In the by-elections, the RJD will contest three seats in the Grand Alliance and the CPI (Marxist-Leninist) will contest one seat. At the same time, under the NDA, the BJP can contest 2 seats and JDU and us can contest 1 seat each.

Prashant Kishor’s newly formed party Jansuraj will field candidates in all four seats in this by-election. Jamsuraj will announce four candidates on Wednesday. I believe that in a day or two, the two alliances will also announce their respective candidate lists.
