Aam Aadmi Party national general secretary (organisation) Sandeep Pathak answers all questions on the Haryana Election Commission 2024 platform, from the party’s prospects in the Haryana elections to No alliance with the Congress Party. Sandeep Pathak said that for the first time in Haryana, we are having full elections. As the general secretary of the organization, I am happy and the cadres are happy. He said Aam Aadmi Party was contesting in all seats and the results would be good. Sandeep Pathak said the people of Haryana want change.
He said the public gave all parties a chance. The public has two options. One is an old traditional party and the other is Arvind Kejriwal. It will be decided by the public but one thing is for sure, the BJP is losing. Sandeep Pathak said that we are fighting for the elections wholeheartedly and we will give up the fight no matter who comes before us. On the issue of Aam Aadmi Party being called “vote katwa”, he said wherever we contest elections, we will contest elections to form the government. We are a different kind of party.
Who is the Aam Aadmi Party, the BJP or the Congress fighting in Haryana? Replying to the question, Sandeep Pathak said that we are contesting elections in Haryana and whoever is ahead, we will defeat. He also admitted that the Aam Aadmi Party is part of the Indian bloc at the national level. Sandeep Pathak said this was necessary as they were toppling governments one by one.
The Indian block could not unseat the BJP in the Lok Sabha elections, so why did it happen in Haryana? To this, he said the BJP was missing from Maharashtra to Delhi. The downfall of the BJP has begun. He said it would be difficult for anyone to achieve a Modi-like majority in the future. Sandeep Pathak explains what Modi has done to these institutions. He said matters of national importance should not be disturbed. On the strategic issue of Aam Aadmi Party in Haryana, Sandeep Pathak said that we are contesting the elections very seriously. We contested the Lok Sabha elections from Kurukshetra seat and were leading in four assembly constituencies. At that time the Aam Aadmi Party’s symbol had not yet reached every household.

He said we lost the victory by a narrow margin. Sandeep Pathak said that we can guess what the result will be when we go to the field. Regarding Haryana, Sandeep Pathak said that the Aam Aadmi Party has a very firm stance and without this party, the government will not be formed in Haryana. In 2019, the Aam Aadmi Party did not get even one percent of the votes. Why are they making such a big claim this time? In answer to this question, he cited examples from Gujarat, Delhi to Punjab, saying that Arvind Kejriwal’s model is not one step at a time. It was a rocket soaring into the sky.

On the issue of alliance with Congress, Sandeep Pathak said discussions have already taken place. But no success. If things don’t go our way, we have to fight for ourselves. Earlier, regarding Arvind Kejriwal’s refusal to resign after being jailed, he said that he is a son of Haryana and no one can resign by threatening a son of Haryana.
