A sensational incident of murder has taken place in Sonbhadra, Uttar Pradesh. After a fight over selling a goat, the son burnt his own mother alive, resulting in the death of the woman.
According to the news agency, regarding the incident, the police said on Saturday that during a fight over selling goats in Bachra village, a 50-year-old woman was brutally murdered by her son.
Police said that deceased Kamlesh Devi’s son attacked her with some blunt instrument on Friday night. When even this did not satisfy the evil son, he set his mother’s body on fire.
Additional SP Tribhuvan Nath Tripathi said that after the woman became unconscious, her son Kishun Bihari Yadav hid her under clothes and poured petrol on her and set her on fire. He told that the neighbors ran to the house and extinguished the fire, but by then the woman had died.
Police have arrested the woman’s son Kishun Yadav in the murder case. Kamlesh Devi lived in the house with her son and daughter-in-law and she had a dispute with her son over selling a goat.
