Mumbai’s Parksite Police has registered an FIR against Ghatkopar resident Rishabh Bibhash Chakraborty and his wife Antara Ghosh for assaulting a 24-year-old Ola driver. CCTV footage of this incident has also surfaced. In which it can be seen how when the cab slightly touches the Audi, Bibhash, who is in the Audi, misbehaves with the cab driver.
The incident is of August 19
This incident took place around midnight on 19 August 2024. After which cab driver Qureshi was admitted to JJ Hospital. After regaining consciousness on Wednesday, the police recorded his statement and registered a case in this matter. In the CCTV footage, Chakraborty can be seen picking up the driver Kayamuddin Moinuddin Qureshi and throwing him on the ground.

When the cab touched a little, he was picked up and thrown
It can be seen in the video that a white Audi is moving ahead. While a grand mam grey coloured Ertiga cab was behind it. Meanwhile, the Audi rider suddenly applied the brakes. Due to which the Ertiga cab slightly touched the Audi. After this, Bibhash, who was riding in the Audi, got down from his car and then slapped the driver.
After this, Bibhash picked up the cab driver and threw him on the ground. Due to which the cab driver became unconscious. During this time, Bibhash’s wife was also present with him. On the basis of the viral video and the statement of the cab driver, the police have registered a case against Bibhash and his wife.
