Ayodhya SP MP Awadhesh Prasad’s reaction has come to light as no date for the bypoll to the Milkipur seat in Uttar Pradesh has been announced. The SP MP said that I had resigned as a provincial councilor on June 12. Thereafter, the PPP candidate who was running against me was supposed to withdraw the petition from the court, but he did not do so out of fear.
Awadhesh Prasad told news agencies, “The by-elections will be held in 10 assembly seats in UP, including the Milkipur seat in Ayodhya. I am Milkipur ), who resigned on June 12 after being elected as MP. The BJP candidate has filed a petition in court and it is his moral duty to withdraw the petition, but he fears that the public has decided to vote for the Samajwadi Party. ”

Earlier, Samajwadi Party chief Akhilesh Yadav also poetically blamed the BJP for not declaring the Mirkipur by-election. He had written on social media platforms that in fact, Ayodhya’s Mirkipur constituency has become an issue of prestige for both the Samajwadi Party and the BJP. Milkipur MLA becomes Ayodhya MP
Talking about the Mirkipur seat in Ayodhya, this seat was won by the Samajwadi Party in 2022. Awadesh Prasad resigned from his post as Mirkipur MLA after being elected to Parliament. In this seat, the Samajwadi Party has named Ajit Prasad, son of Awadhesh Prasad, as its candidate. 10 seats vacant in UP
The 10 seats in Uttar Pradesh that will undergo by-elections include Karhal in Mainpuri, Sisamau in Kanpur, Phulpur in Prayagraj, Katehari in Ambedkar Nagar, Majhwan in Mirzapur, Milkipur in Ayodhya, Ghaziabad Sadar, Khair in Aligarh, Mirapur of Mirapur.
