Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath told the rally about the history of riots in Uttar Pradesh. CM Yogi said that communal riots in the state have reduced by 97 to 99 per cent since 2017. There have been no riots in Uttar Pradesh since 2017. And from 2012 to 2017 (SP tenure), there were 815 communal riots in the state, resulting in 192 deaths. Between 2007 and 2011, a total of 616 community incidents occurred, resulting in 121 deaths.
