Watch the video of a special conversation with medical students here-

Let us tell you that till the war started, about 25 thousand people of Indian origin were working and studying. But after the war started, about 18 thousand Indians had to return to India. In this sequence, Aaj Tak spoke to medical students of Indian origin working and studying in Ukrainian hospitals. During this, they also talked about the problems they are facing due to the war. In this sequence, Dr. Aarti, a sixth year medical student, said that no one knows when and from where a missile will come. Also, ever since the war started, things like power cuts are also happening. There is constant tension regarding the war.

Another woman doctor said that we are very excited about the visit of Prime Minister Narendra Modi. We came here to study and now our last year of studies is left. We want to give the exam somehow. In the midst of war, there is always a worry that the situation may become the same again and our studies may get affected.

The medical students said that the hospital where we are working has been attacked. We were here during the war too. We treated the people injured in the war. We used to treat at night. We have seen very bad conditions too. The siren is always sounding so the only thing that keeps coming to mind is what might happen when. We should get our degree from here as soon as possible and then return to India and do our training and work there.
