Atul Kumar, a poor promising student living in Titoda village, the seat of Khatoli Assembly in Muzaffarnagar district of Uttar Pradesh, was allotted to India in the first round Electronic Engineer Seats in Institute of Technology, Dhanbad. But the impact of poverty on education is so great that students will not be able to pay their tuition on the last day of school, June 24. According to the student, his poor family raised funds by borrowing money from villagers, but the student could only submit documents on the Atul online website that day but was unable to deposit the fee at the last minute.

Student Atul had earlier approached the Jharkhand High Court over the matter. He was then advised that he should approach the Madras High Court. Thereafter, his lawyers sought withdrawal of the case after a hearing in the Madras High Court. Afterwards, the injured student Atul filed a lawsuit with the Supreme Court. Here, Chief Justice DY Chandrachud of the Supreme Court expressed hope that you will get full help and issued notice to the college. However, the next hearing date for the case has now been set for Monday, September 30.

Let us tell you that student Atul comes from a poor family and his father Rajendra works as a factory worker. Atul has four brothers, and he is the youngest. After completing eighth grade from GR Public School in the village, Atul and his brothers completed their high school studies from Girjanand School Khatauli and intermediate Shiksha Shiksha from Niketan to prepare for admission to Kanpur Gehlot Super-100 Institute.

The victim student Atul Kumar told reporters that his father borrowed money from people in the village and arranged the tuition before 4:45 on June 24. The date line above is 5:00 o’clock. Before that, we had to upload documents and pay fees. When I uploaded the file, it automatically logged out at 4:56. I feel sad that IIT Dhanbad allows Electrical Engineering. Canceled due to non-payment of fixed fee in first round. So now they want to get it back through the courts. For this, he first went to the Jharkhand High Court.

It was then found that a document should be filed before the Madras High Court. When we went to the Madras High Court and held a hearing there, our lawyers asked us to withdraw the case as the defendant was delaying the hearing of the case. We then obtained permission from the court so that our case could be taken to the Supreme Court. Therefore, we filed a case in the Supreme Court under Article 32. There was a hearing here on September 24th where our lawyers presented our case to the judge. Tell you what went wrong, what happened, and then the judge says he will do his best to help you. Our case was brought before the Chief Justice of India and he said he would issue notice to them.

Rajesh Devi, mother of student Atul Kumar, told us that we would bring grass. Artur is the fourth youngest son. All the children are busy studying. We still do hard labor. With further study, they are expected to achieve success. Dr Praveen Kumar said the children were doing very well. All four are good at reading. Rajkumar, a teacher at GR Public School in Atul Kumar village, said these children are the brightest and three of them are engineers. Atul is the third from IIT and he has a fourth brother who is currently preparing for PCS. He doesn’t even have an inverter facility at home.
