He said that the purpose of this trip was to introduce love in Indian politics. Rahul Gandhi said that during this trip he got many important lessons, the most important of which was that the concept of love can be applied in politics.

Told why did you have to do Bharat Jodo Yatra?

During this, Rahul Gandhi also revealed the reason behind the start of Bharat Jodo Yatra. He said that all the channels of communication (communication with people) were closed for him in India. His speeches in Parliament were not shown on TV, the media ignored his words, he was not getting any legal help either. In such a situation, we and our team felt that if we are not able to reach people through media and institutions, then going directly to the people would be the best way. That is why he decided to travel 4,000 kilometers across the country.

‘In the beginning I felt what I had done’

Rahul Gandhi said that initially he had trouble due to knee problems. He admitted that for the first 3-4 days he felt that he had done it because he had to get up every morning and walk 10 km. But with time the journey completely changed his way of working. He said that the journey completely changed his politics, his attitude towards people and his way of communication.
