The Vivo X200 and Vivo X200 Pro will reportedly be unveiled at a launch event on October 14, and the company’s alleged phones have now appeared on a Chinese certification website. The Vivo X200 Pro has also appeared in a Geekbench listing, and there is evidence that it will be powered by MediaTek’s yet-to-be-announced flagship Dimensity 9000 series chipset. The upcoming Vivo X200 series is expected to support 90W fast charging.

Vivo X200 series lands on 3C certification website

Gizmochina has spotted three new Vivo smartphones on China’s 3C certification website. Three model numbers are shown in the listing, which suggests that the company may launch three phones. The phones with model numbers V2405A and V2419A may be named Vivo X200 and Vivo X200 Pro respectively.

Meanwhile, the Vivo X200 Plus or X200 Mini with model number V2415A could be launched as the third device in the series. There is not much information available about this phone at the moment and it has not been spotted in previous leaks.

The entries for all three models of the Vivo X200 series allegedly include details of the chargers that are expected to ship with these phones. According to the details on the 3C website, the Vivo X200 series will support 90W charging. This is much lower than the 120W charging speed of its predecessor, the Vivo X100.

Vivo X200 Pro specifications

The publication also published benchmark results for a new Vivo smartphone with model number V2419A. If the details related to the three models in the series are accurate, the benchmark information should give us a deeper understanding of the specifications of the Vivo X200 Pro, which is shown to run Android 15.

The alleged Geekebnch entry for the Vivo X200 Pro reveals that it will be powered by the Dimensity 9400 chipset, which MediaTek has yet to announce. The phone also comes with 14.96GB of RAM, which means it will come with at least 16GB of memory.

The phone scored 1,531 points in Geekbench’s single-core benchmark and 6,135 points in the multi-core benchmark. The benchmark scores suggest that it will be much faster than its predecessor which was equipped with the Dimensity 9300 chipset.
