Vivo V40e design, color options
The official microsite of Vivo V40e confirms that the phone will be launched in India soon. The phone will be available in two color options – Mint Green and Royal Bronze. Its design seems to be similar to the Vivo V40 Pro and Vivo V40 phones, with a vertical pill-shaped rear camera unit and a curved display.

Vivo V40e is expected to be launched in India by the end of September. Meanwhile, a recent report by Smartprix suggests that the phone may be available in 8GB + 128GB and 8GB + 256GB RAM and storage configurations. It is predicted that the phone will be priced between Rs 20,000 and Rs 30,000 in India.

Vivo India’s official microsite confirmed that the V40e will be equipped with a 6.77-inch full HD+ (2,392 x 1,080 pixels) 3D curved display with a refresh rate of 120Hz, a screen-to-body ratio of 93.3%, support for HDR10+, and SGS low blue light certification. The above report suggests that the peak brightness level of the AMOLED screen may be 4,500nits and the high brightness mode brightness level is 1,200nits.
The Vivo V40e will be equipped with a 5,500mAh battery and support 80W wired fast charging. The phone is 0.749 cm (7.49 mm) thick and weighs 183 grams.
As far as optics are concerned, the Vivo V40e will feature a dual rear camera setup with Aura Light. It will have a 50-megapixel primary sensor and an 8-megapixel secondary sensor paired with an ultra-wide-angle lens. The front camera will feature a 50-megapixel sensor, the microsite confirms.
SmartPrix reports that the Vivo V40e is expected to be powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 7300 SoC. It may come with Android 14-based FuntouchOS 14 and IP65-rated dust and water-resistant construction.
