He is carrying Ganga water from Har Ki Pauri and carrying his parents on his shoulders. Bittu will cover a distance of about 180 kilometers on foot.

The distance is about 180 kilometers, so I walk 12-13 kilometers daily. I had read and heard about Shravan Kumar. Then the thought of doing the same came to my mind.

Unique sight seen in Saharanpur

A unique scene was seen during the Kanwar Yatra in Saharanpur also. Here the Kanwariyas are traveling carrying a 2 to 6 feet idol of Lord Shiva on their shoulders. Many such Kanwariyas are included in this yatra who have come to collect Kavad for the first time, there is amazing enthusiasm and enthusiasm among them.

These Kanwariyas say that the security and cleanliness on the way is quite good. With these arrangements made by the government, the journey has become even better. They are moving towards their destination dancing and singing. Local people are also getting a lot of support at various places.

Kanwariya Subhash said that he is bringing water from Haridwar. We are residents of Haryana. We are feeling very good. There is no problem anywhere, good arrangements are being made. In UP and also in Jharkhand. It’s my first time. This is my wish that God calls me every year.

Meanwhile, Kanwariya Vinod Kumar said that we have come from Sirsa. At present, we are bringing water from Haridwar. The arrangements on the way were very good. There was no problem of any kind.

Kanwar Yatra is being carried on the shoulders of daughters

He has walked on foot from Haridwar. His wife is also with him. The couple has a total of five children, who are accompanying them on this journey.

Actually, Dharmendra of Garhi village located in Modinagar, Meerut, along with his wife Sangeeta and his 4 daughters and one son, has set out on Kanwar Yatra by filling Ganga water from Haridwar. When 3 year old Vidhi and 5 year old Jyoti got tired after walking a short distance, father Dharmendra made both his daughters sit in his Kanwad and set out on the further journey.

Wife Sangeeta says that we have brought our children to Haridwar after bathing in Ganga ji. When the girls got tired, their father made them sit in his Kanwad and started the journey. If the girls are happy then we are also happy. Everyone is engrossed in the devotion of Bhole. At the same time, Dharmendra said that I am not facing any pain. Everything is the glory of God above.
