Part of the bridge under construction collapsed in Bhagalpur, Bihar. This bridge is being built on the river Ganga and has fallen three times so far. This is the third time that part of this under-construction bridge got submerged in water. Right now the construction work is halted because there is flood in Ganga. Watch this video.
