A teacher’s shameful act has come to light in Ratlam, Madhya Pradesh. A drunk teacher cut the hair of a girl student. After the incident, there was an uproar and he was suspended on Teachers’ Day itself. Regarding the incident, an official said that a teacher in a government school was suspended on Teachers’ Day on Thursday on the charge of cutting a girl’s hair in a drunken state.
A student’s hair was cut off under the influence of alcohol
According to the news agency report, this incident took place in a government primary school in Semalkhedi, about 40 km from the district headquarters. The video of the girl student cutting her hair and later arguing with a villager went viral on social media, after which senior officials of the education department took cognizance of it.

The officer said that taking cognizance of the video, Assistant Commissioner Ranjana Singh ordered the immediate suspension of teacher Veer Singh. In the viral video, the teacher can be seen cutting the hair of a crying little girl with scissors.
The accused teacher did not agree even after the protest of the villagers
Regarding the incident, a local resident said that he reached the school after hearing the girl’s screams and saw the teacher cutting her hair. After the protest, the teacher claimed that the children were not studying in the school.
When the villagers warned him against cutting the girl’s hair and said that they were recording a video, the accused teacher told them, ‘You can shoot the video but no one will be able to do anything to me.’
After the video went viral, the matter reached District Collector Rajesh Batham, who ordered an inquiry. The officer said that based on the girl’s statement and preliminary investigation, the teacher has been suspended.
