As people rioted, police rushed to the scene and arrested the juice vendor with a container filled with urine. A video of the fruit seller’s act has also surfaced. Among them, a Muslim young man selling bananas on the roadside in Padav area of Varanasi openly blew or spit on the bananas and took the bananas out of the box and put them on the cart. When the seller did this publicly, someone made a video and it went viral on social media.
Surprisingly, some buyers also came to the scene during this time, but they did not raise any objections. The video is about Bahadurpur vegetable market in Padav area of Varanasi. The Muslim youth is said to be a resident of the nearby Madiya area. The viral video is said to have been filmed more than two weeks ago.
