Daughter-in-law of the house arrested on charges of theft

In the same sequence, the police team disclosed 3 incidents of theft and arrested the shrewd thief Raju son of Ramkhelavan resident of village Banni Roshanpur police station Fatehpur from near Babakuti canal bridge. Stolen gold and silver jewellery, menthol oil, 2600 rupees cash and a pistol were recovered from his possession. During interrogation, it was found that after doing recce in villages and towns, the accused identifies the houses and collects the number of members living in them and other information.

On this matter, ASP Akhilesh Narayan Singh said that when the woman was questioned, it was found that the accused stole the jewellery and cash of her sister-in-law and mother-in-law out of greed. Taking advantage of the rumour of theft in the area, she had kept the jewellery in her box. The police is investigating the matter in depth from every angle. Along with this, strict action will also be taken against those who spread rumours.
