In a heartbreaking incident, a young man stabbed his wife over an alleged illicit relationship in Agari village of Binol. The accused Gaurav had a love marriage with Divyanshi three years ago and the two started living in Noida after the marriage.
Soon after their marriage, Gaurav began to suspect that his wife was having an affair with a young man from the same village. This suspicion caused a rift in the relationship between the two, and there were frequent disputes between the two. Last Wednesday, Gaurav took his wife Divyansh from Noida to her in-laws’ house in Agali. That night, he got angry over some issues and killed Divyansh with a knife and then fled the spot. .
Stabbed his wife to death
After the murder, Gaurav posted a picture of himself and Divyansh on Instagram and wrote that he loved his wife very much but she cheated on him. He also wrote, “I did everything for her, even touched her feet, but she didn’t agree, so I had to kill her.”
Afterwards, Gaurav publicly challenged the police on social media and announced that he would also kill his wife’s lover. He said, “The police can’t catch me before I kill him. The day I kill him, I will come to the police myself.”
