UP Police Constable Exam 2024 LIVE: Today is the third day of Uttar Pradesh Police Constable Recruitment Examination. Today too, crowds of candidates were seen at railway stations and bus stands, long queues were formed outside the examination centers and after tight security, the first shift of the paper started at 10 am. Today too, the constable recruitment examination is being conducted at various examination centers for more than 9 lakh candidates. The first shift will run till 12:05 pm. On Saturday, the candidates said that this year’s paper was better than the last time. However, some did find General Studies a bit tough.
About 4.50 lakh candidates left the exam
Meanwhile, in the last two days, more than four and a half lakh candidates have left the recruitment exam (UP Police Constable Exam 2024). On the first day, about 3 lakh candidates did not appear for the exam, while on the second day 1.67 lakh candidates were missing from the exam.
133 suspects, 17 copycats caught, FIR lodged against 15
On the other hand, on the first day 61 suspicious candidates were caught, on the second day 72 suspicious candidates were caught by the recruitment board. During the examination held on 23 and 24 August, 17 cheaters were also caught and FIRs were registered against 15 in various districts.
According to the information, 9 lakh 63 thousand 676 candidates had applied for the second day’s constable recruitment exam. Out of which 8 lakh 24 thousand 573 candidates had downloaded the admit card for the second day’s exam. But, only 6 lakh 57 thousand 443 candidates appeared for the exam and 1 lakh 67 thousand 130 candidates left the exam due to the strictness. At the same time, about 20.26 percent of the candidates who downloaded the admit card and appeared for the exam did not appear for the exam.
