UP Police Constable Exam 2024 Guidelines: UP Police Constable Recruitment Exam will be conducted from 23rd to 31st August. Uttar Pradesh Police Recruitment and Promotion Board (UPPRPB) will release the exam city slip today at 5 pm. Candidates who are going to appear in this examination (UP Police Constable Exam 2024) will be able to download their exam city slip through the official website of UP Police Recruitment Board. The board has already issued necessary guidelines regarding the recruitment examination.

Actually, the UP Police Constable Recruitment Examination held in the month of February was canceled due to paper leak. This direct recruitment-2023 written examination for a total of 60244 constable posts will now be conducted on 23, 24, 25 August and 30 and 31 August 2024. The first shift will be from 10:00 to 12:00 and the second shift will be from 3 to 5 in the afternoon. The examination will be held at 1176 examination centers in 67 districts of Uttar Pradesh. Admit card will be released on the official website three days before the examination. The guidelines issued for the examination are given below.

  • According to the instructions issued for the UP Police Constable Recruitment Examination, now students will have to reach 2 hours before the start of the examination.
  • Entry will be closed half an hour before the commencement of the examination, after which no candidate will be allowed entry under any circumstances.
  • The recruitment board has allowed only red and blue colored ball pens to appear for the examination.
  • Every person will have to carry Aadhar Card, Driving License or Passport along with his/her admit card.
  • For those candidates who did not write the Aadhaar number in their examination form, it will be necessary for them to write the Aadhaar number on the admit card.
  • Admission will be given only after biometric matching of every candidate at every examination centre.
  • There will be a ban on carrying any electronic gadget, watch, key, lighter, purse, cap etc. to the examination centre.
  • To ensure that candidates are aware of the time during the examination, the Recruitment Board has already given instructions to install wall clock in every examination room.

From today, both these helpline numbers 8867786192 and 9773790762 issued by Uttar Pradesh Police Recruitment Promotion Board have been started.
