Selection Process
- The selection will be based on a merit list prepared at the Gram Panchayat level.
- The merit list will be reviewed by the Administrative Committee of the Gram Panchayat.
- The merit list will then be reviewed by a District-Level Committee chaired by the District Magistrate.
- The Gram Panchayat will issue appointment letters to the selected candidates.
