A case of murder of a minor girl has come to light from Kaushambi district of Uttar Pradesh. It is being told that the accused lover eloped with the girl and took her to Mumbai and strangled her to death there. Then he fled after throwing the body. On the indication of the accused, the police recovered the body and sent it for post-mortem.
Revealing the incident, the police said that the accused had kidnapped the minor girl and taken her to Mumbai three months ago. Where he strangled the girl after a quarrel. Mithlesh Kumar was taken into custody on the basis of suspicion and when questioned strictly, he confessed his crime. When the family heard the news of their daughter’s death, there was an uproar.
He eloped with his minor girlfriend and killed her
Phoolchand, a resident of Barethi village of Pipri police station area, had filed a complaint on June 15 that his minor daughter was lured and kidnapped by Mithlesh Kumar, a resident of the village. On June 19, the police registered a case and started looking for the lover. But he could not be found anywhere. The victim’s father approached the High Court after three months and the court showed strictness and reprimanded the police. Also ordered to recover the girl within 15 days.
The police arrested the accused and sent him to jail
After the court’s reprimand, the police became active and started looking for the named accused. After arresting the accused, he was interrogated strictly and he confessed his crime. On this matter, CO Manoj Raghuvanshi said that the accused has been arrested and is being interrogated.
