A leopard entered a primary school in Haldaur area of ​​Bijnor district of Uttar Pradesh. This created panic among the school staff. Children did not come to school due to rain, but teachers were present. The staff saved their lives by locking themselves in the rooms. After this, the villagers who reached the spot made noise and chased away the leopard.

According to the agency, this incident is from Haldaur area of ​​Bijnor. Here a leopard entered the premises of Ishpur Primary School. The school was closed at that time. The children were given leave due to rain, but the teachers were present in the school for their regular work.

The school’s headmistress Seema Rajput said that when she and the other teachers reached the school, they heard the roar of a leopard. Realizing the situation, they immediately closed all the doors of the school and secured themselves in a room. The leopard reached the door of a room and tried to attack the door with its claws, due to which the staff started panicking.

The school cook informed the villagers about this incident. As soon as they got the information, the villagers ran towards the school. After reaching near the school, the villagers started making noise so that the leopard would run away. During this time, somehow the villagers together chased the leopard towards the forest, after which the school staff and teachers heaved a sigh of relief.

Regarding the incident, Primary Education Officer Yogendra Kumar said that concrete steps will be taken for the safety of students and staff by talking to the forest department. He assured that special arrangements will be made in schools to avoid such incidents, so that no untoward incident occurs in future.

There is an atmosphere of panic in the area after this incident. Villagers say that due to the arrival of leopard, going out is not free from danger. People are being cautious. People say that the forest department should keep an eye on the activities of leopard in this area.
