The by-elections will be held in nine assembly seats in UP: Katehri, Karhal, Meerapur, Ghaziabad, Majhwan, Sisamau, Khair, Phulpur and Kundarki. Voting for these seats will be held on November 13 and the results will be announced on November 23.
