UP: BSP leader raped in clinic and doctor made pornographic video, nurse also assisted

In the case of rape of a woman in a clinic in Bijnor, Uttar Pradesh, the police has now registered a case against four people including a Bahujan Samaj Party leader and a doctor. Regarding this matter, the police said on Friday that this case has been registered in the case of rape of a 32-year-old woman.

According to the news agency report, the doctor is also accused of recording a video of the incident, but he has termed it “baseless” and claimed that the woman never visited his clinic. According to the police, an FIR was registered on September 9 based on the complaint filed by the woman.

The victim had said that four months ago she fell ill and then she contacted a man named Vasulidin from her village who took her to Dr Shakeel Ahmed’s clinic. ASP (rural) Ram Arj, quoting the complaint, said, At the clinic, she was given an injection by a nurse after which she fell unconscious.

In her complaint, the victim said that Vasulideen raped her while Ahmed recorded a video of the act. The ASP said that when she later complained about the incident to Vasulideen’s son Azim, he beat her up.

Police said that a case has been registered against Vasulidin, Azim, Ahmed and the nurse in the case. The FIR registered by the police in this case has been registered under sections 64 (rape), 123 (causing hurt by means of poison etc. with intent to commit an offence), 115 (2) (voluntarily causing hurt), 352 (intentional insult to breach the peace). Sections 351 (3) (criminal intimidation) and 61 (2) (participating in criminal conspiracy) of the Indian Penal Code have also been added.

Let us tell you that the BSP leader who has been accused of rape had contested the 2022 state assembly elections from Chandpur on a BSP ticket and lost. He also described himself as the current BSP in-charge of Chandpur assembly constituency.

Ahmed told the news agency, ‘I do not know that woman and she never came to my clinic, we have records of the patients and the clinic is under CCTV surveillance, this case is false. There may be a political conspiracy in this case.’
