An intermediate student from Uttar Pradesh’s Fatehpur district attempted to commit suicide by jumping from the second floor of his college after being troubled by an incident of molestation. CCTV footage of the incident has also surfaced, in which the student can be seen falling from the second floor. After receiving the information, the police rushed to the spot and recorded the statement of the injured student and started investigating the matter.
Intern attempts suicide
The victim’s father told police that the bus driver had molested his daughter. For this reason, he complained to the principal many times. But instead, he often scolded my daughter and told her to shut up. Being hurt by this, my daughter took this step. The incident took place at Saraswati Balmandir International College in the town.
Police open case against school bus driver
It is reported that the student was admitted to Prayagraj Hospital in critical condition. But seeing his critical condition, doctors shifted him to Kanpur. The family members took the student directly to the police station in an ambulance and started demanding action against the culprits. Based on the complaint filed by the victim’s father, the police started investigation and registered a case against college principal Raj Kapoor Singh and bus driver Shiv Charan Singh.
