Russia launches rapid attack

The attack in Ukraine came a day after Russia launched 93 cruise and ballistic missiles and nearly 200 drones at its neighbor. These attacks caused further damage to Ukraine’s energy infrastructure. Zelensky said Russia was terrorizing millions of people with such attacks. Russia continued its drone strikes on Saturday, according to the Ukrainian Air Force. According to an Air Force statement, 58 drones were shot down and another 72 were diverted off course due to electronic interference. At the same time, the Russian Defense Ministry has stated that the Russian military has used long-range precision missiles and drones against important fuel and energy centers in Ukraine.
