The Holy Family Catholic Church implemented the system after increasing parking issues, including a common disregard for conflict, dustbin and property with worshipers. Church officials cited the “intimidation environment” as due to new measures, which is operated by road construction to increase parking demand.
A newspaper by worshipers said, “The legislature with unregistered vehicles, or visitors for parish, would need to register your vehicle on bullets offered in churches and halls,” a newspaper of worshipers said.

“Cars are left on both sides of the road, and you can see that buses are struggling to get when busy. I know those who have first used the car park, and have never had any problem.”
Another resident said that people have been using church car parks without disturbance for some three decades.
“It is being built below the road with new houses, but it is always when the work is going on. [Not letting locals park here is] Unaware. ,
Father Desmond Mbidoaka told Metro The car park is private property and it should only be used by the congregation or visitors to hire their hall.
“We are sympathetic with the residents who previously used both the council park and our car parks who were never intended for public use,” he said.
