Ujjain: Grandsons murdered their elderly grandfather, arrested from Rajasthan with cash and jewellery

A shocking case of murder has come to light from Ujjain in Madhya Pradesh. Where two grandsons killed their elderly grandfather and fled with the cash and jewellery kept in the house. As soon as the information of the incident was received, the police reached the spot, took the body in custody and sent it for post-mortem and started investigating the case. After this incident, there was a stir in the area and the relatives of the deceased are crying inconsolably.

The deceased has been identified as 64-year-old Mohanlal Sharma. He was running a shop at his home near Ram Dwara Dharamshala in Mahakal police station area for many years. The police examined the FSL and post-mortem reports to solve this murder case. They also examined the CCTV cameras installed around the crime scene.

But this incident was revealed in a very strange way. Actually, Rajasthan police detained two youths from Ujjain in a case. During the investigation, the police recovered jewellery from them. When the police interrogated both of them strictly, a shocking incident was revealed. The accused told that they had looted these jewellery from the house after killing their grandfather.

Police arrested the accused

Rajasthan police immediately informed Ujjain police about this. Immediately a team of Ujjain police reached Rajasthan and arrested both of them and took them to Ujjain. During interrogation the accused confessed their crime.
