A shooting at a school in the United States left three people dead. The firing occurred at a Christian school in Madison, Wisconsin. The shooter, a minor, also died, according to police. According to Wisconsin police, three of the gunmen were killed and many others were injured.

390 students study at the school

Police said the shooting was committed by a student. The Christian school where the incident occurred has 390 students ranging from kindergarten to high school. The investigation so far shows that the student who fired the gun was carrying a 9mm handgun. Suddenly he started shooting.

The injured were taken to hospital

Madison Police Chief Shawn Bernice said at 10:57 a.m., our officers responded to a report of an assault at Abundant Life Christian School in Madison. When police arrived, they found several victims who had been shot. Police have located a deceased teenage male believed to be responsible for the shooting. We started taking the injured to the hospital to save lives.

The shooter was also a student at the same school

“To be honest, I’m a little disappointed at this point,” the officer said. “Christmas is so close and every kid, every person in this building will remember it forever.” This shock won’t go away easily. We need to know what exactly happened? I fear for my people at this time. We are searching the entire school and checking every vehicle to prevent further danger. I don’t know if it was a boy or a girl, but no bullets were fired from the police weapon. We believe the shooter was a student at this school.
