Two minors sexually assaulted a seven-year-old child near Garba Pandal in Indore.

A sensational case of molestation of a seven-year-old child took place near Garba Panda in Indore, Madhya Pradesh. Two underage boys committed the crime. A police officer said that according to a complaint from the mother of the victim, the incident occurred on the evening of October 4. His son is playing in the garden near Garba Panda. At the same time, two boys aged 13-14 sexually assaulted her. The entire incident was captured on CCTV cameras installed in the area. Police have obtained CCTV footage.

A case has been registered against the accused at the Kannada police station. The police team is looking for the two accused. Wasim Iqbal, director of Aas, an NGO that provides assistance to victims’ families, said the sexual harassment allegations were reported. He said the child was scared and shocked. The victim got into a fight with some other boys and was forced to sleep in the accused employee’s room for several days until the anger subsided. After this incident, the children told their mother about the incident.

Based on a complaint by the victim’s mother, a case was registered against the accused under the Indian Judiciary Act and the POCSO Act. The accused has been transferred to judicial custody. Madrasa cleric Idris claimed that a man demanded 500,000 rupees from him and threatened to make the boy make false statements if he was not given the money.
