‘Tucked thigh, butt’: Indian-hero person accused us of sexual harassment in us

According to American federal officials, an Indian -origin person has been accused of sexual harassment on an aircraft.

Bhaveshkumar Dahabhai Shukla is accused of “derogatory sexual contact” on a flight from Montana to Texas, Montana federal prosecutor Kurt Alme said in a statement last week.

He said that Shri Shukla is to appear in court there on 17 April.

He was arrested in New Jersey, where he lives, and agreed to take Montana to face the prosecution.

The court documents viewed by IANS stated that 36 -year -old Mr. Shukla was arrested by the alleged victim’s husband after complaining to law enforcement when he sent a text message about the alleged attack to him.

With tip-off, she was met at the airport at the airport.

In an affidavit filed in the Montana Federal Court, Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) special agent Chad McNiven said that during the flight from Belgrade, Montana, Dallas, Texas on 26 January, Shri Shukla allegedly touched the woman on two occasions.

McNiven said that the alleged victim told the FBI that she first “touched her thighs, butt and lower area” and stopped when she protested.

But when she returned from a bathroom visit, she said that according to the complaint lodged by the police at the airport, she said that she “rubbed” in those areas and her vagina used her coat to try to hide her action.

The alleged attack was confirmed by another passenger, said McAniven.

He said that the alleged victim read her husband about the attack, and she called the FBI and the airport police.

Upon faced by the police, Mr. Shukla claimed not to speak English, although he spoke to the woman and her daughter in English, said McNiven.

However, when he was produced in a federal court in New Jersey, where he lives, a Gujarati interpreter was used after his arrest, according to a court document.
