US President Joe Biden surprised everyone and withdrew his candidacy from the presidential elections. Biden supported his decision to withdraw from this race and called it absolutely right. He said that he will campaign vigorously for Kamala Harris.
Biden has appealed to supporters to support Kamala Harris in the same way as they have been supporting me. He said that the name of the election campaign has changed but the mission has not changed yet and our mission is to defeat Donald Trump.
Biden told his team that if I had not had Corona, I would have been sitting here with you, standing with you. I am proud of what you guys have done. Because of Corona, I will not be able to meet people for the next three to four days but I will be among people soon. I’m not going anywhere. I want people to remember that we did a great job.
Support Kamala Harris whole heartedly
He has urged the election campaign team to wholeheartedly support Kamala Harris and unite to defeat Trump. He said that I want to tell the campaign team that she (Kamala) is excellent. I am thankful to everyone for their efforts. I know that yesterday’s news is shocking but my decision was right. I know it was not easy for you because you tried your best to make me win. But I have taken the right decision.
Biden said that of course the name of the election campaign has been changed but our mission has not changed yet. I will strongly campaign for Kamala Harris. We need to save democracy. Trump is a threat to our community and country. Ask my foreign policy colleagues, my counterparts and people around the world, he still remains a threat. I am sure that the kind of hard work you have done for me, you will do the same to make Kamala Harris win.
