Trump gives tickets 75 days extra to find a non-Chinese buyer

Washington:

US President Donald Trump on Friday extended a deadline for Tikok to find a non-Chinese buyer or to face a ban in the United States, allowing 75 and day to find a solution.

Trump said on the truth social, “My administration is working hard on a deal to save Tikok, and we have made tremendous progress,” Trump said that Trump said a few hours before the deadline ended.

“A transaction requires more work to sign all necessary approval, which is why I am signing an executive order to keep the tickets up and run for an additional 75 days.”

The extremely popular video-sharing app, which has more than 170 million American users, is threatened by an American law passed last year, which orders Tikokkok to separate from his Chinese owner’s teachings or to be closed in the United States.

Trump has insisted that his administration is near a deal to find a buyer for Tikok and prevents it from closing that many investors will be included, but some details.

Bidens, confirming that it was interacting with the US government to find a solution, warned that the “major matters” remained to be resolved.

The company said, “An agreement has not been executed” and whatever was decided will “be subject to approval under the Chinese law.”

Intered from national security fears and belief in Washington that Tiktok is controlled by the Chinese government, the ban implemented a day before Trump’s inauguration on 19 January, preaching in which no attempt was made to find a suiter.

Tiktok temporarily closed in the United States and disappeared from the app store, for the collapse of millions of users.

The deadline was June 19 with the new 75-day delay.

Trump has repeatedly reduced the risks that Tiktok is in danger, saying that he is sure to find a buyer for the app’s American business.

The President said on Friday that he would “continue working with China in good faith,” the government would need to sign the transaction.

The President suggested that Tikokkok could also be part of a broad deal with China, which was deployed as part of the Blitz Levi around the world to reduce the stinging tariffs on Beijing.

“We do not want Ticketkok ‘Dark Go”. We are eager to work with Tiktok and China to close the deal, “he said.

According to reports, the solutions in the works will see the existing American investors in a roll at their stake in a new independent global ticket company.

Additional American investors, including private equity firms Oracle and Blackstone, will be brought to reduce the bidance stake in the new Tikok.

Most of Tikok’s American activity have already been placed on the Oracle server, and the company’s president, Larry Ellison, is a long -time ally.

ABC News reported on Friday that Walmart was also in the mixture, due to a late expression of interest by retail archery Amazon to buy the app.

Walmart and Oracle were first rumored to buy tiktok in the US when Trump tried to wrestle the company with his Chinese owners during his first administration.

Trump has long supported a ban or division, but recently defended Tikok, as a reason that more young voters supported him in the November election.

– What about algorithm? ,

Uncertainty remains, especially what will happen to the valuable algorithm of Ticketkok.

“Without its algorithm, Tatkok is like Harry Potter without its stick – it is not that just as powerful.”

Various media reports suggest that the new company can license algorithm with a biodenses, which will be invested in Tikkok.

But such a system will go against the spirit of law, which is on the basis that the algorithm of Tiktok can be made weapons by Chinese against American interests.
