Flash flood has occurred in Pulwama, Jammu and Kashmir after cloud burst. There has been huge damage to roads and houses. The Meteorological Department has issued a warning of heavy rain and cloud burst in the high altitude areas of Pulwama. Local people are trying to divert the direction of water to save their homes.
