A train accident happened in Bihar on Sunday. The Magadh Superfast Express going to Patna split into two parts. Due to which the people travelling in the train panicked. However, luckily no one was injured in the train accident and there was no loss of life. Railway officials have reached the spot and are investigating the reasons for the accident.

According to the news agency, the train was stopped between Buxar-Deendayal Upadhyay-Patna rail section after the coaches of the Patna-bound Magadh Superfast Express got separated on Sunday. However, the reason for the accident is not yet known.

Earlier on Saturday, a train accident took place in Madhya Pradesh. Where two coaches of Indore-Jabalpur Express train derailed near Jabalpur station on Saturday morning. The accident happened around 5.40 am. No passenger was injured in this accident. Officials have formed a committee to investigate the incident.

Jabalpur station falls under the West Central Railway (WCR) zone. Two coaches of the Indore-Jabalpur Superfast Express (22191) derailed when the train was approaching platform number 6 of Jabalpur station. The derailed coaches were right behind the engine. The derailment incident took place about 50 meters away from the platform.

Madhur Verma, Senior Divisional Commercial Manager (DCM) of Jabalpur Railway Division of West Central Railway, had said that the scheduled arrival time of the train is 5.35 am. The accident occurred at 5.38 am when the train was about to enter Jabalpur station. The loco pilot immediately stopped the train and saved other coaches from being dragged.
