The Bengaluru commissioner also talked about the Vandana app, in which feedback is taken from people. For example, if someone comes to report a crime, then people’s reviews are taken about how the police team treats them and later improvements are made on that basis.

Questions are often raised on traffic and law and order in Bangalore. Regarding traffic jams, he said that all agencies are responsible for it. Like Municipal Corporation, etc., work is being done with them to reduce traffic. He said that AI is used to run the traffic smoothly.
