It has been raining heavily in Gujarat for the last several days, due to which life has been badly affected. The Meteorological Department has issued an alert for more rain for the next two days. There is heavy waterlogging in Mehsana, Kheda, Sabarkatha, Aravalli and Banaskantha districts. Rescue operations are being conducted at many places. The roads were waist-deep in water and vehicles were submerged. The meteorological department has predicted rain for the next seven days.
