Based on the complaint of the minor’s mother, the police have registered a case against the accused under sections of rape, assault, POCSO Act and IT Act and have taken the teenager into custody and are preparing to send him to jail after interrogation.
The incident took place in the Seohara area of ​​Bijnor. Due to poverty and financial constraints, a minor girl living here once went to other people’s homes with her mother to wash dishes and other things to support the family. In a place in Sai Yuan, an underage girl once went to clean the house. Meanwhile, on October 10, everyone at home went out. During this time, the landlord’s son Adnan raped the minor with the help of a neighbor girl.

Threatened to kill father

Then at 7:30 pm on October 19, when the underage girl went to work at Adnan’s house, there was no one at home. Taking this opportunity, Adnan then took the young maid into the room and forcibly raped her.

Not only that, Adnan also made a video on his mobile phone of raping the girl and beating her with a belt. A day later, he took it upon himself to make the video go viral. After the video went viral, the girl’s mother found out that her daughter’s video was going viral. He lodged a complaint against the accused Adnan at the Saihara police station and demanded action against him. She said she came from a very poor family and her husband had been sick, which helped support the family.

Inspector Sarvam Singh said a woman lodged a complaint with the Seohara police station alleging that a young man raped her daughter and filmed it. Following this complaint, proceedings are underway to register a case against the accused youth, who is currently being detained and interrogated.
