According to the information, the girl is a resident of Sadar area of Agra and she is a B.Sc student. He is going to get married. When crazy lover Himanshu got this information, he started threatening the girl. The girl was continuously ignoring Himanshu. Due to this, Himanshu’s courage increased. He gave a contract online (Instagram) to disfigure the girl’s face by pouring acid. He sent the photo of the girl to his friend Abhishek on Instagram chat and said that she does not talk to me, so disfigure her face by doing an acid attack. There was also talk of paying money for this.
Himanshu did not give this contract to anyone else but his friend Abhishek. Abhishek agreed to this. He started blackmailing the girl by showing her a screenshot of chatting with Himanshu. Due to this the girl became very scared and she told everything to her family members.
The family members knocked at the police station for help. The police station heard the plight of the victims and a first information report was lodged at the police station. Also, two teams were formed to catch the accused, one was SOG team, second was police station team and third was surveillance team.
Himanshu and his friend Abhishek, who had given the contract to burn the girl’s face yesterday, were arrested. After the arrest, Himanshu told the police that the girl did not talk to him on the phone, so he had taken up the online contract to spoil her face.
A case of rape was registered against the accused Himanshu 8 months ago, in which he has recently come out on bail. A case under IT Act is already registered against the second accused Abhishek in the police station Sadar. The police have apologized to both the accused.
