What happened 26 years ago?
In September 1998, the shooting of the movie “Hum Saath Saath Hain” was underway. Stars like Salman, Saif Ali Khan and Tabu camped out in Jodhpur, Rajasthan. Salman Khan was charged after a black stag was hunted at Godda Farm on the night of September 27-28, 1998. Salman had to go to jail
On October 12, 1998, Salman Khan was arrested for the first time in this case. Salman was released on bail from Jodhpur jail on October 17, 1998, after five days in jail. On February 17, 2006, the CJM Court found Salman guilty and sentenced him to one year in prison. However, the High Court acquitted Salman in the case. In the second case, on April 10, 2006, the CJM court found Salman Khan guilty and sentenced him to 5 years in prison. In the Godda farm hunting case, Salman was detained in the central jail for six days from April 10 to 15, 2006. Salman was later acquitted by the High Court. After the Sessions Court upheld the original verdict, Salman was held in prison from August 26 to 31, 2007. He was later released on bail.
Salman has been acquitted in the third case, the Arms Act case. It is said that on September 22, 1998, the police recovered a revolver and a rifle from Salman Khan’s room. A Jodhpur court found him guilty in the fourth and final black stag hunting case.
How did the attackers carry out the Basidiki Massacre?
