Please follow the steps below to open settings
- First, you have to go to the calls section of your phone and enter the call settings.
- Now you have to click on the Supplementary Services option. This option may be available under a different name on your phone.
- Now you will have the option to call waiting. Disable it if enabled.
- After disabling call waiting, go to the call forwarding option.
We have many types of privacy settings in our smartphones.
- In call forwarding, you will get both voice call and video call options. Here you have to click on voice call.
- You will get four options for voice calls, but you have to click on the “Forward on Busy” option.
You can avoid spam calls by changing your settings.
- After clicking on the “Forward Busy” option, you have to enter your mobile number. Remember to only fill in closed numbers.
- Now, whenever someone calls you, your number will tell them it’s switched off.
