Brij Bhushan Sharan Singh, former BJP MP from Kaiserganj, has reacted regarding the Nazul Property Bill of the Yogi government. He said that I am not able to understand with what intention this bill was brought. If asked in one line, this step will create an earthquake in Uttar Pradesh. Our Gonda city is situated on 70 percent Nazul land. Similar is the condition of Agra, Ayodhya etc.

Brij Bhushan Sharan Singh said that perhaps the government does not know how many people have settled in Nazul land. They (government) have just been told that the Nazul land has been encroached upon by some land mafia and big people and they should be freed from it. However, I thank the Chief Minister that he understood the public sentiment and sent this Nazul Property Bill to the Select Committee.

The former BJP MP also said that even big temples are built on Nazul. In this way not just one but thousands of temples will be destroyed. Same is the condition of cities like Agra and Ayodhya. Gonda is situated on 70% Nazul land.

Let us tell you that former BJP MP Brij Bhushan Singh said these things to the journalists at one of his acquaintance’s place in Saubhagpur. During this, he also launched a scathing attack on Rahul Gandhi. Brij Bhushan Singh said that this time he has got a little more seat, but he did not get it on the basis of Rahul ji’s ability, he got it only if some equations were made like this.

If Akhilesh ji is removed from Congress then everyone knows what a great warrior Rahul Gandhi is. Those who are themselves resting on crutches everywhere are today talking about breaking the Chakravyuh. He is comparing himself to Arjun and Abhimanyu. These people have come into great trouble. It was he who said that Hindus are violent. This will become a big issue in the times to come. Hindus cannot be violent, this is what Rahul ji’s leftist friends write to him.

Controversy over Nazul Bill

It is noteworthy that Yogi government New bills on Nazul property Is surrounded by. Its bill was passed in the UP Assembly, but got stuck in the Legislative Council the very next day. It was stuck not only because of the opposition, but the BJP MLAs themselves also opposed it. Now this bill has been sent to the select committee. The Yogi government had passed an ordinance on March 5 this year regarding Nazul land. This was also approved by the Governor. But to make a law it was necessary to bring it to the Assembly. Therefore, on July 31, the UP Nazul Property (Management and Use for Public Purposes) Bill 2024 was introduced. That day, despite huge opposition, this bill was passed. But the very next day i.e. on August 1, when it was brought in the Legislative Council, BJP state president and Legislative Council member Bhupendra Chaudhary opposed it. He demanded to send this bill to the select committee. Now any decision on this will be taken only after the report of the select committee comes.
