Fenugreek leaves and turmeric are also added to Panki. The special thing is that this snack is made in banana leaves due to which a kind of natural aroma emerges in it. Panki is served with chutney and pickle.

Why is Panki healthy?
Because Panki is made with banana leaves, the antioxidants present in the leaves also get mixed into the dish. Carbs are included in Panki due to the presence of rice flour in it. Apart from this, due to fenugreek and other spices, vitamins and minerals are also present in it. Because it is made with less ghee and oil, it is a low fat snack.
