BSNL has given private telecom companies a tough time over the past few months. Government Telecom offers long term validity and many more benefits to its users at low rates. Not only this, the company has also installed new 4G mobile towers to provide better connectivity across the country. The company has made it clear that BSNL plans will not be expensive in the near future. Both Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited and Jio have 70-day recharge plans, but BSNL’s plan is less than half the price of Jio’s.
Jio’s 70-day plan
This plan from Reliance Jio offers a validity of 70 days. In this prepaid recharge plan, users can enjoy the benefits of unlimited voice calling on any network across the country. Apart from this, users can also enjoy 1.5GB daily high-speed internet data and 100 free daily SMS messages. Jio’s recharge plan is priced at Rs 666. Apart from this, users can also subscribe to free apps including JioCinema.
BSNL’s 70 Day Plan
For this recharge plan from Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited, users will spend just Rs 197. In this plan of Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited, users can enjoy the benefits of unlimited free calls and free roaming across the country. In addition, users also get 2GB of daily data and 100 free text messages. However, in this cheap plan from BSNL, all these benefits are available only for the first 18 days. Thereafter, only calls will appear on the user’s phone. If they want to make calls or use the internet, they must top up separately.
Under what circumstances would you get more benefit?
This plan from BSNL is especially suitable for those users who are using their number as a secondary SIM card. Meanwhile, this is Jio’s regular plan where users can enjoy the benefits of free calls and data at the same time. Now it depends on which one of these two 70-day plans the user should choose?
