In Kaushambi district of Uttar Pradesh, a young man who had gone to attend a birthday party was brutally murdered by hitting him with a brick. This incident created a stir among the people. However, after committing the incident the accused fled from the spot. As soon as the information was received, the police reached the spot, took possession of the body and sent it for post-mortem. Also, on the complaint of the deceased’s brother, the police have registered a case and started searching for the accused.
There was a dispute regarding breakfast
The whole matter is of Samaspur village of Charwa police station, where there was a birthday party of the daughter of Lal ji, a resident of the village. To attend this birthday party, 37-year-old Jaswant Kumar, resident of Roopnarayanpur Gorio village of Saini Kotwali, had gone to his maternal home Samaspur village along with his brother Chandrakant. Many relatives also came to the birthday party.

Meanwhile, there was a dispute with Munnu, a resident of Kakodha of Kokhraj police station, over breakfast. The dispute escalated so much that it escalated into abuse and even physical violence. Meanwhile, Munnu picked up a brick kept nearby and hit it on Jaswant’s head. Due to which his head got torn and he fell there bleeding. By the time people could take him to the hospital, he died.
Police registered a case on the complaint of the deceased’s brother.
Giving information regarding the incident, Superintendent of Police (SP) Brijesh Srivastava said that there was a birthday party. In which many people participated. During this time, there was a fight over some issue and one relative killed the other relative by hitting him with a brick. Many people had also consumed alcohol at the birthday party. On the complaint of the deceased’s brother, a case has been registered against Munnu, Sachin and Vipin. Soon he will also be arrested.
